By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the site immediately.

Nature of the website

This is an independent, non-profit, third-party visitor-information project. It is NOT affiliated with Baguio City Hall, the Baguio City Tourism Office, the Philippine Department of Tourism, the management of Wright Park, the Office of the President of the Philippines or any other government or commercial body. All information is provided for general educational and reference purposes only.

Accuracy and currency of information

Every reasonable effort is made to keep the content on this site accurate and up to date. However, entrance fees, operating hours, transport routes, government policies and local regulations change regularly, and errors or omissions may occur despite our best efforts. It is your responsibility to verify critical information — including but not limited to opening hours, ticket prices, road conditions, weather alerts and health requirements — with the official operators before travelling.

No commercial recommendations

In line with this project's non-profit mission, no restaurant, hotel, tour operator, transport company or other commercial establishment is specifically recommended. All references to goods and services are described by type only (for example: 'petrol stations', 'mid-range hotels', 'local restaurants'). Any resemblance to a real named venue is incidental and does not constitute a paid endorsement or sponsorship.

Intellectual property

The original editorial text, page layout and design of this website are the intellectual property of the project team unless otherwise noted. Photographs are the copyright of their respective original photographers and are used on this site either with permission, under an open licence or as fair-use educational illustration. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used without proper authorisation, please contact the administrator so that the matter can be investigated promptly and, if needed, the content removed.

Use of Google Maps and third-party content

Map data, embedded map widgets and location links on this site are provided by Google Maps under Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your use of these embedded widgets is subject to Google's terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use this website or its content for any of the following purposes:

• To scrape, harvest or republish large portions of the content on another website, in a commercial publication or in a generative-AI training set without prior written permission
• To misrepresent the origin of the content or to claim authorship of material authored by others
• To use the site to transmit malware, phishing material, spam or any form of unlawful communication
• To use any automated tool to place excessive load on the hosting infrastructure or to attempt to bypass access controls

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Under no circumstances shall the project team, its volunteers or its hosting providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website, including travel decisions, bookings, itineraries, accidents or losses incurred while visiting Wright Park or Baguio City.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the project team, its contributors and its service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the website, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another person or legal entity.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall, where possible, first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Baguio City, Philippines.

The project team reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice, effective immediately upon posting on this page. The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of the policy. Continued use of the website after a revision is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
